Projektsupport S-O works for (challenge driven) skills supply though more openness and increased understanding between organisations in different organisations in different regions and in different sectors and disciplines. 

We do live in an exciting period of time. Huge challenges are combined with totally new possibilities. It´s convenient to turn inwards and look for support within ones comfort-zone – though, well aware of the importance of scouting in the context, together with others, for being able to make the right prioritations.

We´re moving between private and authorities. between the healthy and the care demanding. There are a lot of great and exciting work going on for necessary cultural changes. It´s about responsibilities of individuals and capabilities at different levels, about working together with others the context for catching the best opportunities.

Scouting analysis is something we prioritize in our work. It’s unlikely that our prosperity tomorrow will look the same as it does today.
